I hold a New Zealand Master of Applied Business from Unitec, with a background in business analytics, research, and process design. I bring that analytical and organisational capability to property management — bringing structure to owner reporting, tracking portfolio performance, and keeping properties compliant with the Residential Tenancies Act and Healthy Homes standards.
